Manual and Pneumatic free standing roll marking presses.
The main slide load and position are adjustable and the marking
carriage slide is adjustable on both machines for speed as
well as stroke length.
Why Roll Marking?
Roll Marking has several advantages over press marking in
that it is possible to mark both flat and round workpieces.
Because only a small part of the component is marked at any
one time, marking pressure is much lower than straight press
marking. This results in less effort, reduced distortion in
the component and the ability to mark thin, delicate or uneven
components.

Air operated general application roll marking machine
capable of producing clean sharp marks with an even
depth of indentation. It combines the benefits of roll
marking with improved performance and innovative design
features, good marking becomes a simple operation for
unskilled operators with this machine. With a simple
yet robust construction, the machine has a stress relieved
frame to provide maximum rigidity in use. The head,
made from spheroidal graphite iron, is fitted with an
easily accessible stroke adjuster. The carriage slide
is supported by replaceable hardened slideways and needle
bearing strips. Trunnion mounted cylinders and powered
table lift facilitate an even depth of impression.
