Pryor Marking Technology (Pryor), a marking and traceability specialist, has hired Mark Wadsworth, former general manager of sister company Pryorsign, as its new business development manager.
Mark’s role is pivotal to the success of Pryor’s global expansion programme. A new plan is in place to improve communications and give full marketing support to both existing European sales partners and new worldwide distributors. The Pryor website is being updated and a PR team has been hired in the UK to manage media relations.
Mark said: “Over the last few years, there have been several changes to the way Pryor runs its business.
The Pryor group now has joint venture divisions in India, America and France and these are complemented by our traceability software company, Absolute Vision Ltd. Pryor has proven itself to industry-leading customers as a global traceability solutions provider, and we are able to support them locally through our divisions and worldwide distribution network."
“Now we have to make sure that we communicate our abilities to customers in the different geographical areas and vertical markets, who may not be aware that they only have to use one source for their part-marking and traceability solutions.”
Pryor Marking Technology will have exhibition stands this year at the Paris Air Show in June, and EMO Hanover in September. You can email Mark on m.wadsworth@pryormarking.com.
