Edward Pryor are pleased to announce the release of their
new "Compact Integrator" dot marking machine. Based
on the proven technology of the renowned "Marktronic" family
of dot marking machines, the "compact integrator" offers
a new dimension to specifiers of machinery where a marking
application is required. While the compact design allows
for simple installation into a new machine design & build
application, or as a retro-fit to an existing production
facility where space is at a premium, no compromise on the
advanced software features have been made.
The unit features
all of the programming options which are expected from
our state-of-the art dot marking machines, plus multiple
face mounting and
cable entry in any orientation. The generous 50mm x 25mm
marking area allows for multiple lines of data to be marked,
and the RS-232 serial and digital I/O ports enable simple
interface for marking data download and for external cycle
start/stop applications.

Due to its low weight, the machine may easily be mounted onto
a robotic manipulator arm. An optional base and column enables
conversion to bench-mount design, while interchangeable length
styli offer
access into deep recesses and pockets on the most awkward shaped
components.
The machine is supplied with the possibility of a simple upgrade
for 2-D Data Matrix Marking where future aerospace
and automotive applications call for this option. Up to a 10
metre umbilical cable
connection
between marking head and controller is possible, thus enabling
the electronic control equipment to be remotely mounted or integrated
into an existing control or line side cabinet. For further details
of this exciting new dot marking machine, please contact a member
of our machinery sales team.
